“I stayed for six nights and would return. The hotel has an excellent central location, close to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and other major sights. The staff were remarkably kind and the service was very helpful.”

“The service was accommodating, arranging a shuttle from the airport.”

“We booked four rooms. They were clean with comfortable beds. The location is excellent, the staff friendly, and breakfasts good. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and character. Three rooms had hairdryers; towels changed daily and linens every couple of days. Pillows were comfortable with a choice available. The double-bed room had a very comfortable large bed, but the single rooms were very small, though newly furnished. No one complained of crowding; it felt like a large compartment. We didn’t watch TV (no Russian channels), but that wasn’t an issue. The internet worked well.”

“The hotel is close to Rome’s historic centre, within walking distance of iconic sights like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza di Spagna. Facilities were adequate for a sightseeing trip – you’re only in the hotel to rest. The room was partially renovated and cleaned well every day. Breakfast was quite good; I’ve read complaints about the variety, but it offered a buffet with a little of everything, enough to fuel a day of walking.”

8.1Verified guest

“Substantial breakfast, comfortable bed, and clean rooms. The cushion was soft and pillow firm, closet adequate, and lift available. It was warm inside; I slept under a sheet with the window open while it was 1°C outside, and the blackout curtains were effective. Location is convenient: near the metro, a sightseeing bus stop, many restaurants, shops, and the opera house, all walkable.”

“Great location with easy access to attractions. The Colosseum is about 15 minutes away and Termini Station less than 10 minutes on foot. The street has souvenir shops with inexpensive magnets, and a supermarket around the corner sells affordable cooked food. I arrived two hours before check-in (hoping for a Genius bonus) but the room wasn’t ready; the wait wasn’t long. The bed was large and comfortable, sheets clean. The bathroom was warm with plenty of clean towels, a bidet, and toiletries in sachets. They even had the first season of Doctor Who in English on TV. Staff were very courteous; a concierge opened doors and carried luggage. The lobby and room decor were pleasing. It’s a good hotel with quality matching the price, and worth staying more than one night.”
